Troubleshooting

Basic first troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure the modem is on
  2. Make sure the modem is plugged directly into the computers Ethernet port (no routers, voice terminals)
  3. Shut down all anti-virus, firewalls, or file sharing programs
