Software Connects Without Errors On Dial Up

So, the software appears to connect with any errors, but the customer is not getting internet connectivity.

First lets trying pinging google.com by domain and by IP address:

Now a black window should come up. The first thing to type in here is:

ping google.com

And check if its getting any replies.

No replies from ping google.com
