A	Faulty modem (if Powercycle fails to correct, replace the modem)
B	RF Issue (requires a tech to go onsite)

D	Provisioning Issue (escalate to teamlead)
E	Normal Operation
F	Modem is in Standby mode (hit the Standby switch on the top of the modem to return to normal operation)
G	No power (check the power cable)
H	Provisioning Issue (escalate to teamlead)
