flashing	/	/	/	This means the voice terminal is attempting a self test. If this pattern stays indefinitely the voice terminal is defective.
solid	/	not solid	not solid	This means that the voice terminal has not been registered properly on the MyAccount website. Register the MAC ID and reboot the Voice Terminal. If the above does not resolve the issue reset the unit to factory defaults and reprovision. (Linksys or Motorola)
solid	solid	solid		Service is working. (one line active)
solid	solid	solid	solid	Service is working. (both lines active)
solid	solid	solid	solid	Service is working. (both lines active)
solid	flashing	flashing		Service is working. and line 1 is off the hook. a. If still no dial tone try replacing the phone cord and the phone being used b. If there is still no dial tone escalate the ticket to Voip-Technical for escalation to carrier
solid	flashing	solid	flashing	Service is working and line 2 is off the hook.

a / means that this light could be either be on, off, or flashing for this status.
not solid means either flashing or off.
