Dial Up Error 720
Error 720: No PPP Configured
No PPP Protocol configured points to a problem with the network layer client/protocols installed. Following your troubleshooting checklist, you will find the problem.
What to watch for:
- Make sure Dial-up Adapter, Client for Microsoft Networks and TCP/IP are installed. If not, add them by following the instructions for the customer’s version of Windows under section 07 – Error 645.
